Marriage Policy
At their meeting on 26 September 2022, the PCC unanimously agreed to include the following on the St Thomas’ Church website:

At St Thomas’ we believe the wedding ceremony and the foundation of married life are built on the teaching of Jesus:
“But at the beginning of creation God made them male and female. For this reason a man will leave his father and his mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become flesh. So they are no longer two but one.”   Mark 10: 6-8
